Taizhou Guode trading company is a branch company of Taizhou Dianjing Mould Co., Ltd.

Dianjing Mould Co., Ltd is located in China mold town - Huangyan Taizhou city, Zhejiang Province. China.

We builit in 2010 year and devolp quickly by our professional on manufacturing auto lamp moulds. Now we are a top mould company that specialized in auto lamp molds such as double-color rotational molds, light guide molds, lens molds and so on. Few mould companies can do well on auto lamp molds, but we are smart it.

We own a strong team with many top talents to offer high-quality supporting services to OEM companies and supply them with powerful technical support. We participate in every step of developing new products directly and actively and put forward valued suggestions for new products′ improvement and design.

Knowing clearly about the design standards of different countries, We have much OEM experience on manufacturing auto lamp moulds such as VW double color headlights, GM double color tail lights, Peugeot tail lights, etc.

We have 75 staff in mould assembly department. They are divided into 10 group and Every group leader are senior mould makers and has more than 15 years experience. They take responsibility for their projects from start-up to final mould try-out.

Every year, we can make 220 sets auto lamp molds and got 22 million USD annual value. Our 27% molds is for China domestic, 25% moulds for Europe, such as Spain, , Germany, French, Russia, Czech Republic, Poland. 25% for Asian countries such as Thailand, India, Malaysia, 10% for southern America such Mexico, and Brasil.

We have our own Polish department. We have 12 colleagues to do this work. Most of them worked in our factory more than for 6 years. The leader of Polish department has been worked in Hella Changchun company. He has 35 years experience on Polish auto lamp molds.

We have our QC department. We have 12 staff in our QC department. They take charge of the measurement of all mould parts and all plastic moulding parts, such as the mould frame, Mould Cavity, Mould Core, ejection pin, the first part, the last part, and so on.

We have own measuring room. In our measuring room, we have three CMM(COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE), One Blue-ray scanner, One Image measuring Instrument, One Mold Hardness testing machine and so on.

We have our injection moulding department with 9 plastic injection machine from 300 Ton to 1600 ton with robot hand and 28 colleagues taking charge of injection moulding parts. All injection moulding process are under the control of the moulding leader, QC, project managers.

Now our moulds and moulding are deliveried to our global clients such as Brazil, India, Iran, Germany, Italy, USA, Canada, Japan, Czech Republic, Mexico, Spain, French, Thailand, domestic, etc.

Besides auto lamp molds, we are good at other complicated molds such as melt blown molds and other household molds such baby product molds.

Melt blown moulds are our branch series.

Baby product such as baby table, baby chair, baby training potty, baby bathtub, baby bowl, baby table and so on are our main products.
